At Canvia, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. Please review our shipping details below.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. During peak periods or sales events, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on orders of $35 CAD or more. Orders below this threshold are charged a flat rate of $4.95 CAD.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs delays, carrier volume, or other unforeseen events.

Carriers

We ship primarily through Canada Post, Intelcom, UPS, and FedEx. Depending on your location and order size, we may use additional carriers to ensure the best service to your address.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes once the shipment reaches your destination country. All prices on Canvia are displayed in CAD and do not include import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not covered by Canvia.

Payment

Payment is collected in full at the time of checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at info@canvia.ca with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
