Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.

 

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

How to Start a Return

Email info@canvia.ca to request a return. Approved returns must be sent to: Canvia / 9521-9846 Québec-inc, 866 Rue des Criquets, Saint-Lazare, QC J7T 0P6, Canada. Returns sent without prior approval will be rejected. If approved, you will receive return instructions and a return shipping label where applicable.

 

Refunds

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are refunded to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected. For non-defective returns (change of mind, sizing, etc.) refunds are issued as store credit by default; if you require a refund to your original payment method, please mention this in your return request and we will accommodate where reasonable. Refunds are processed within 15 business days of inspection.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@canvia.ca so we can resolve it.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on: gift cards, custom or personalized products, perishable goods, personal care items once opened, hazardous, flammable, or regulated materials.

 

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the item for refund or store credit and place a new order.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Refunds for EU orders are issued to the original payment method in compliance with EU consumer law.
